JoJo Gnome’s Winter Story Fun Workshop 2019
Have storyteller and writer Jo Hall visit your school for a 45 minutes workshop filled with stories, dancing, rhymes, quizzes and lots of audience participation. Join in with listening and smelling quizzes. Meet JoJo Gnome the puppet. Visit Sound Town where all the characters love sounds and music, listen to the the story ‘JoJo Gnome and the Presents’ and help JoJo decorate his tree. Jo will demonstrate to children how she draws JoJo Gnome and give this personalised piece of artwork to the class. Each child receives a JoJo Gnome sticker. Also an opportunity to join in and be part of JoJo Gnome’s Story Podcast. This is an ideal end of term treat packed with fun and literacy links delivered in your own school.
The workshop is based around the JoJo Gnome book “JoJo Gnome and the Presents”. The books can be available to buy at the workshops at a reduced price for parents (signed).
Each workshop lasts 45 minutes and is designed for 30 pupils (1 class). There are options for morning and whole day sessions to accommodate larger groups. There is a charge of 45p a mile travel costs.
Availability of sessions in December is limited so please book early to avoid disappointment… as it is a Winter Workshop this workshop can also be delivered in November and January.
Contact Jo Hall to check on firstname.lastname@example.org for prices and dates.
This workshop will run for primary schools and nurseries in the central belt of Scotland. If you are further away when not think about having a ‘Twitter Tales’ workshop. This runs over a week and is done online. Check out the Twitter Tales page for more information.

“Thank you to JoJo Gnome for an inspirational week of digital literacy exploration. Through social media we were captivated into a world of imagination and adventure. The pinnacle was when JoJo Gnome & the Sound Machine came to nursery for the day to finish our stories and make movies together.
